Graduation Ceremony Terms & Conditions

  • Registration Fee: The registration fee of RM400 for graduates must be paid in full to confirm participation in the graduation ceremony.
  • Guest Registration: Graduates may invite 1 guest to the ceremony. Each guest will be required to pay a registration fee of RM50 per person.
  • Priority Seating: Due to limited seating availability, priority will be given to graduates for attendance at the graduation ceremony.
  • Guest Registration Limit: Guests registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Maximum Attendance: In the event that the maximum attendance capacity is reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel and refund the registration fees for any additional guests beyond the capacity limit.
  • Payment Deadline: All registration fees must be paid by the specified deadline communicated by the event organizers.
  • Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizers.
  • Penalty: In the event of loss or damage to the graduation gown and mortarboard, a penalty of RM500.00 will be imposed.
  • Changes to Terms: The event organizers reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Acceptance: By completing the registration process and attending the graduation ceremony, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
